Cancellation Policy
We operate on an appointment-only basis. We want to protect our stylists from not having bookings, as well as ensure our guests have the opportunity to make appointments. While we understand things come up, we ask that guests read through and respect our policies.
Our goal is to protect our stylists from loss of income and not punish guests who need to reschedule, so we only enforce a cancellation charge if the original appointment isn't filled by another guest.
2 days: 50% of original appointment
1 day: 100% of original appointment
No Show: 100% (stylists reserve discretion on whether to re-book)
No charge if appointment is filled
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule the same appointment several times or reschedule habitually, we may ask for a non-refundable deposit to reserve future appointments.
We understand that depending on your lifestyle, it can be hard to plan ahead; if this is a concern, you may reach out to be placed on our cancellation list. While there is no guarantee that a spot will open up, it does happen, and odds are you saved someone else from paying a cancellation fee… win-win!
