Accessibility needs are something we hope won’t be a barrier to access to hair care.

While we have tried our best to meet the varied needs of our community, any other requests made will be met to the best of our capabilities.

Here are some OF THE measures we have already taken:

  • Designated wheelchair accessible parking (May need assistance with doors; they can be tricky).

    • Para Transpo ramp needs to be lowered near the parking garage. A staff member can meet you outside for assistance, if needed.

  • Elevator access

  • Wheelchair accessible shampoo sink

  • Wheelchair accessible restroom

    • Bathroom doors are oddly spaced. Wheelchair users may need an extra hand to get in (we are happy to provide the hand if you come alone).

  • Private rooms with 1:1 appointments away from the open salon

  • Noise-reducing architecture

  • Silent appointments on request

  • Spaced out seating and styling areas

  • Locking all gender restroom & multi-stall women’s restroom

  • Industrial-level HEPA filtration in every room

  • KN95 earloop masks available for clients who want to wear one and do not have their own

  • Service providers wear KN95 mask or N95 mask on request (some team members do so regardless of request)
