We take a look at your scalp health and hair structure to determine what methods of extensions are best suited for you and provide you with an exact quote.

Come with any inspiration photos and questions, and have an idea of what problems you are looking to solve. We will be looking at your hair and scalp, so come with hair that has been washed within 24 hours.

If you are coming in already hoping to move forward with the process, be prepared to pay a 50% deposit in order to reserve your first appointment.

Longevity varies depending on which method is used, but some methods can provide upwards of a year with the same hair. In salon maintenance and home care ultimately plays the biggest role in longevity.

Your maintenance schedule will depend on your natural hair, how well you follow home care instructions, and which method of extensions you receive. The most frequent regular maintenance schedule is every 4 weeks, the least frequent is 5 months.

Yes - with exceptions. We colour your hair around the extensions, or during maintenance appointments.

If you wear K-Tips there is a chance that oxidative colour could degrade the bonds, in these cases we recommend colouring your hair first so that there is some re-growth around them when you’re ready for a touch-up.

We aim to provide the closest match right from the supplier, but there are times when a custom blend is necessary. Most often custom colour is used to add a darker root, maintain blonde that discolours from daily wear & tear, or create fashion colours.

Yes. A customized blending cut is always necessary to ensure a natural and seamless blend between natural hair and extensions.

Our hair extensions are also real hair - they they will need cleaning up from split/dry ends just like your natural hair will.

Yes. Hair extensions often hold heat styles better than natural hair. It is important to use a high quality heat protector, and treat them just like your natural hair with regular trims and moisturizing treatments.

Your own hair should never become damaged from extensions. If it is, either your extensions were applied incorrectly, you were given the wrong type of extension, or something went wrong with your home care. If we notice damage is occurring, we will either find out why and solve the issue, or remove the extensions.

You will see hair come out at your maintenance appointment - this is hair that you naturally shed that would have come out while you shower/brush, but didn’t because your extension attachment held it in. Your natural hair should actually get healthier and grow longer because it is being protected while you wear extensions.
